​All Browns Lane staff are experienced, dedicated and bring a wealth of knowledge and hands on wisdom to the job. They also hold Early Years qualifications.

All staff continue to enhance their skills by attending training sessions throughout each year in a range of areas including the most up to date thinking and research on Child Development, First Aid, Child Protection, Health and Safety and Special Education needs.

Danielle Wheatley (Early Years Teacher), is the owner and manager and joined our pre-school in September 2011 after spending many years teaching in Key stage one and Reception classes

We have a keyworker system in place, whereby each member of staff has a focus on a small number of specific children to ensure they are being fully nurtured and effectively supported. Each child's keyworker ensures that parents are being kept fully involved. The staff work closely as a team and regularly discuss and monitor all the children’s interests and progress.
